President & Co-Founder
Mark D. Hearn
Mark Hearn brings a history of passion and telemanagement expertise to TTI that has allowed the company to grow and become a leader in the Telecommunications Expense Management industry. Through his leadership, TTI has developed the most comprehensive suite of software products that have saved companies millions of dollars in IT expenses and manage their IT Infrastructure. Mark is known for building devotion to his customers, partners and employees and ensuring their needs are understood and met by TTI.

Prior to founding TTI, Mark worked in Sales and Marketing for Ford Aerospace-Starnet in addition to serving as a Western Regional Corporate Account Specialist for MCI Telecommunications.

Mr. Hearn is on the Board of Trustees for Charles Armstrong School which serves Dyslexic learners. Mark is a member of the ITFMA and the Alliance of Chief Executive Officers.

Married with three children, Mark earned his B.A. in Psychology from St. Mary’s College of California.


Managing Director & Co-Founder
Gary M. Williams (Mike)

Mike Williams has over 25 years experience in telecommunications, consulting, and sales of telemangement software. Mike co-founded TeleManagement Technologies, Inc. in 1996.

He brings many years of industry experience with an in-depth knowledge of the user perspective to telecommunications management, IT expense, and procurement. Mike has led the sales team at TTI as well as contributing to product enhancement and new development for the company.

Mike attended San Francisco State University. Mike worked for MCI Telecommunications in sales and marketing before he co-founded TTI. In 1987, Mike became Co-Managing Partner for The RTP Group’s Northern California office, specializing in Telecommunications Consulting Services. This company also distributed call accounting and other telemanagement services to major corporations in the Northern California area.

Mike is married with two children and lives in Laguna Niguel, CA.

 

Vice President of Sales of Marketing
Charles Coakley
Charles comes to TTI with over 15 years of Sales and Marketing background in the telecommunications and software industries. Charles brings extensive expertise from his telecommunications background where he spent 5 years as Director of Sales for a global telecommunications carrier managing and leading sales teams throughout the US Market selling Voice/Data/Internet products and services to the SME, Fortune 1000, Carrier/wholesale and educational markets places. Charles’ telecommunications experience has included Cable and Wireless USA and eMeritus Communications (formally Bell Canada Enterprises/Vartec Communications/Teleglobe).

Charles also contributed to the operations and planning during 2000-2002 when eMeritus Communications changed from Telco/Teleglobe Business Solutions and became eMeritus Communications and reorganized the entire operations of a world class telecommunications company.

Charles attended and graduated from University of the Pacific Eberhardt School of Business with a Bachelors of Science (BS) in Business Administration in 1996.

Charles is married with a son and resides in Brentwood, Ca. He enjoys boating and his two dogs.


Chief Software Architect
Lou Sandler
Mr. Sandler has over 20 years experience developing enterprise applications utilized by some of the largest technology companies in the world.

Lou graduated from Binghamton University (Harpur College) in 1972 with a BA Degree in Mathematics and a Masters of Information Science from the California University of Technology (CalTech) in 1973. He also holds a JD degree from Loyola University which he received in 1979. He currently is an inactive member of the California Bar.

After graduation he worked at Burroughs Corp (later Unisys) as a programmer and later as manager of their advanced operating systems department. He has also worked for Zilog and was the manager of their system software group for the Z8000. Lou began teaching at the University of Redlands in 1981 where he helped initiate the new Computer Science department. While teaching at the University, Lou continued programming as an outside programmer and consultant for a number of businesses both large and small, keeping active in an ever-changing technology.
In 1995 Lou joined up with TTI and developed their first Windows based application WinCall and later WinBill. Lou is responsible for the design engineering, development, testing and release of all applications. His team of experts continue to deploy the most advanced technology and evolving applications available in the TEM marketplace.

Lou is married with two children and in addition to their busy schedule keeps active with local Softball and Racquetball Club Teams.


WinBill® Project Manager
Hollie Venegas

Hollie has been a valuable member of the TTI team since she joined in 1997. As a benefit to her customers, Hollie has worked on two sides of the TEM arena, currently working on WinBill’s software support team and prior to joining TTI she processed and managed telecom invoices as a Telecom Analyst with one of the nations largest Automotive Insurance Companies. Hollie enjoys working on product development for WinBill®, she finds it most rewarding to see every day how WinBill® improves productivity and cost savings for TTI clients.

Hollie has a BA in Communicative Disorders from California State University, Fresno. Outside of the office Hollie enjoys camping and hiking with her husband and Labrador retriever.

 

WinCall® Project Manager
Pablo Sanchez

Pablo began his career with TTI in January 2001 and has been Team Lead for the WinCall® – Call Accounting and Network Management application since 2007. He is responsible for the WinCall® Customer Support Engineers, Product Development and Testing and overall customer satisfaction.  The WinCall® support team works closely with the Programming & Development team on customer requests, new features and product improvements.  Pablo has always been dedicated to customer satisfaction and meeting clients' needs.

Prior to joining TeleManagement Technologies, Inc., Pablo worked at US Food Services where he was Team Lead in the Operations and Distribution Group.

He has an Associate’s degree in Computer/Electronic technology and is A+ certified. Pablo is married with one child and enjoys spending time with his family.
